Parkomanie
Exhibition Film
PROJECT INFO
For Parkomanie at the Bundeskunsthalle, we created exhibition films that combined aerial cinematography with restored historical maps to form a unique spatial viewing experience. The films were presented on floor-mounted monitors, inviting visitors to look down from above and engage with the material from a bird’s-eye perspective. Drawing on aerial footage of the parks in Branitz, Bad Muskau, and Babelsberg, we used motion tracking to map specific locations directly into the landscape imagery. This created a precise visual dialogue between contemporary top views and historical cartography. The result was a quietly immersive exhibition format that translated landscape history into a refined, contemporary screen language.
